# Terms of Use (WIP)

## Scope

These terms of use govern the use of all Quality API products for you as the end-user/-developer.

"Quality API products" meaning anything published under the organization name *quality-api* in the npm registry, or the organization name *Quality API* or slug *quality-api* on GitHub.

You/end-user/end-developer - the person/people using one or more Quality API products.


## Responsibilities

You as the end-user/-developer is responsible of your product (hereby quality, security, performance and similar).
